How do you think all the high water and flooding will affect the fishing . will a lake like LOTW be adversely effected or does it really matter on a lake this large? heading up in Sept and was wondering lf you think all this high water will hurt the fishing?

sounds like the actual fishing on LOTW has been just fine...navigation, docks, and cabins are the biggest issue. High water traditionally can make for poor or very late weed growth, but a lot of areas up there lack weeds anyways because of the rustys. Mother nature has a way of evening things out, wouldn't be losing any sleep over a trip that is months away, and wouldn't hesitate to take one now either in the conditions
