I want to try and hit greenwood lake but I only have a 12 foot aluminum boat with a trolling motor Andi was wondering if that would "safe" to go on to that lake. Any help I could get would be much appreciated guys.

Your boat is fine, like mentioned you could run out of power with an electric. There are some really nice areas close where you would be sheltered and not have to travel far. BR

There is not a lot of protection from the wind on Greenwood. Unless it's a calm day, fishing in a 12ft boat with only a trolling motor is going to be tough. IMO there are better options in NJ for what your working with. Plus you got the powerboats, skiers, jet skies, wake boarders and half the time they have no respect.

With all the electric only lakes and Monksville close by why would you want to get swamped on Greenwood?
