Has anyone seen these on ebay? I don't know if they are a new line of reels that was released in japan. They look like good reels and maybe great for pounders. Any thoughts?

I think they are Japanese jigging reels and with that I don't believe the have spool brakes. I would pimp out a 400d with pikemaster. 5 bearing upgrade and his tuning would probably be better than that one. That's what I did couldn't be happier. And u still have a warranty through shimano USA.

This reel is for JIGGING it has no spool brakes. Use a TRANX for Pounders.

I have owned a tranx and am not a fan of the size . I love the TE, but they are tough to come by at a decent price now. I was just curious what was up with the ocea.
