Hi!

My first post on the forum =)
I've been reading for a few years but never actually had any questions until now.

I been looking at different fishing boats which are fairly unusual here in Sweden. The only brand sold are Tracker and due to the poor quality of the interior in the boat, those are out of the question.

I came across an ad for a 2007 Triton Tournament 17 aluminum bass boat with 70 hp yamaha the other day and got interested. Actually this is the first Triton I ever saw on the Swedish market and I have never seen one irl.

I would love to go for a test drive, but first I'd like your opinion of the Triton boats and the specific model. The boat is located e few hours drive away...

Thanks!

I know Crestliner was making some of the aluminum boats for Triton, not sure what models, or what years.

Ah, thanks. Perhaps that's the reason I cant find any production/factory information about their aluminum boats. Crestliners bass boats sure looks like Tritons.

As I said before, this types of boats almost doesn't exist on the Swedish market right now and the ones who does are fairly expensive due to crazy tax laws so importing one is almost out of the question...
So my knowledge about aluminum fishing boats can be compared to a child's.
