Location: Detroit River | This one is the first one I made 5 years ago & in the first hour of using it I caught a 48". I was fishing solo & didn't have a net & I forgot how to work the self timer on my camera.

I made these a couple of years ago & have caught 6 or 7 up to 45" on them. I need to stop procrastinating & build some with flashabou.

Location: Detroit River | The picture shows that they are a different size but nothing in print says that other than the thickness of the blade. My buddy bought the French #8 .032 thick blades from Lakeland & they're the same size as the #8 French blade I bought from LPO. |

Location: E. Tenn | According to the Lakeland Catalog, their #8s are 2.17".. (see pg. 229)..The Moore's #8 is right at 2-1/2" as shown below with the width being 1-1/8".. I guess the best thing to do would be to call Dick Moore. The stock number on the bag I pulled this blade from is 107-08-39.
I ordered some "8s" from LPO some time ago, and they were the "smaller" size 8's as described in the Lakeland catalog.
