What and where do you fish could make a difference? The Nav + is a great choice, if you go to the Navionics Website and click on the web app you can preview lake mapping, after you zoom in click on the Sonar Icon on the lower left corner to get the High Def SonarCharts view which is available for your Elite 7

i got the insight pro 14 good detail and only 100 bucks
