| Do you have access under the gunnels? If so, check out the rails used on Tuffy boats. They are secured with bolts through the gunnel cap. IMO, much stronger than the screws that secure the rails from the top.
You can call Tuffy and ask for Lori, I think. SWorrall, is she still the one?

| Metalogic made some custom T rails for me that turned out great. They make the rails Cabelas sells and the rails on Rangers. They were great to work with too!

Location: one foot over the line | I just put some on my nitro, got them from cabelas. I was able to get my arm under the gunnel far enough to use a through-bolt system. I also cut down a large rubber washer to fit between the rail base and the fiberglass. I was pleasantly surprised at how solid these turned out. |

Location: Madtown, WI | I got mine from windline.com. Half the price as the ones from cabelas. Quality seems good, have had them 3 years and they look brand new.
If you call them and order, shipping is a lot cheaper. |

Ended up going through windline.com and got the 24 inchers. Arrived today and look great. Installation should be a cinch. Much cheaper than cabelas, but they don't have as long as cabelas. |
