Location: Lake St. Clair | I am having a really odd issue with my HDS 10....This is the 3rd season for it, and it has worked great the entire time, all of a sudden, this weekend it wont read my navionics chip.....the screen shows all tan when I try to load the navionics map. It has been fine all season so far until this weekend. I put my card in a different HDS unit and it worked fine. Anybody have any idea why this may be happening and how to fix it? |

Location: Walker, MN | Anecdotes like this make me glad I bought mine at my local retailer as I can just bring it in and they will troubleshoot it. I'm not sure if this is an option for you? I hope someone will chime in with a simple solution for you. |

Location: Lake St. Clair | I think I have at least one thing to try and that's a hard reset. I got a PM from somebody who had the same problem and the hard reset fixed it. I will try that first, if that doesn't work...ill have to call lowerance and see what they say |

Location: Lake St. Clair | Card read was 100% shot. Thanks for the help but had to replace the unit. Not a huge deal just hope its here by LSC opener! |
