| I have a Lowrance HDS7, Gen 1 and a Lake Insight HD chip bought at the same time. I had it on Lake Minnetonka today and the chart readings were vague and wrong, and not just because the lake is high. I reset defaults on the unit last fall, could that have an impact?

| If you "reset defaults" did you acknowledge the chip in your settings? I am guessing that possibly that changed to Navionics maybe and you need to flip it back??? | |
