Location: Bloomington, MN | Fred, please tell us why you did not like Florida. What area were you in,? Was it the weather, people, employment opportunities, or something else that caused you to boomerang? After this past winter I am actually considering going south to work for "The Mouse". I "hear" it is 4 months of daytime opressive heat and humidity vs. a solid 6 months of gosh darn cold up here. The weather in Missouri can't compare to Wisconsin or Minnesota, so why did you scoot? At least you can say you did a BIG move in your life to see if the grass is greener! Fill us in or P.M. me on why it didn't work out. Welcome back, and put up some big fish Pomme de Terre posts! |

Location: Lebanon,Mo | Heres the scoop..short version...my wife's dream was to work/play at Disney..took me 2 yrs to comit to the move. Its been a rough year down here tryn to adjust..culture,congestion,and just everything in general. My youngest daughter who came with us isnt doing so well here. After a up and down marriage of 18yrs,its time i leave my problem here. My daughter is ready to escape the problems we both share. Anyway..all i can say is if you have an oppurtunity to try something new,go for it. I did..and now realize it cost me alot, but i know better days are ahead. I will eventually be back on here sharing my time in the musky world.

| I've heard that same story from many others from the Orlando area who have all said basically the same thing. The happiest thing about living in Orlando is watching it in your rear view mirror the day you leave.

Location: Land of the Musky | Missed you Fred!!! Talked to a few MO guys in the last 3 months and everyone of them knew you and said it sucked you left to go to FL. Welcome back to the MidWest my friend. Shoot me an email when you get back. I need my lure and rod tester back! Heard you sold your boat too. Get a new one and start fishing with your little girl. I have a 7'6" MH hot pink musky rod with her name on it when you get back! Talk to you soon.
