Always wanted to make a lure with a propeller like this and I didnt have the parts. luckymusky gave me the parts and I wouldent have been able to make it without his help Thanks!!!

What is it? Is it the start of a bucktail? is it to put on a wtd topwater kinda like a flaptail? Or did you just plan on attaching hooks to that and seeing what happens? is it supposed to be topwater, or subsurface?
It's interesting, I'm just confused about how you plan to use it
