Hello :
This coming season will be my first pursuing the wily muskie specifically. I've caught several in past years accidentally while fishing for bass and walleye and been absolutely thrilled (!!), but I've never gone out and targeted muskie.

But - this season I will become a "muskie hunter" ! So, I'm gearing up this winter to get ready. My first trip will be to the Kawarthas. I've bought a rod and reel (St. Croix Premier Muskie series 6'6" medium-heavy-fast with an Abu Garcia 6500-C3) .... I don't mind investing in that brand new. But buying lures seems like such a daunting task ! I just can't afford to go out and buy a dozen lures and throw down $10 to $20 bucks per lure for my first muskie trip ! There are so many, and they are very expensive. It's just like the bass fishing I mainly do - you slowly build up your lure collection over time.

I saw on www.muskie101.com in their trade group, some guy sold 2 complete sets (18 lures in each set) of muskie lures for $100 along with a tackle box. I sure wish I had been a member of this board back then ! That's EXACTLY the kind of deal a newbie muskie angler needs, like myself !!

So - on that way far off chance in h*ll someone else might be thinking about making such an offer, I'd appreciate hearing from you first !

Please help out a (new) fellow muskie angler !

Thanks so much.

Shawn

Drop me an email at [email protected]. I have dozens of used baits hanging in the garage and in boxes, for $100 I can get you everything you need, and then some.
