Berkley 8 inch Grub jigs

Subject: Berkley 8 inch Grub jigs


What jig heads do you guys use on the 8 inch Berkley grubs?

I'm looking for 1/2, 3/4, and 1 once bullet style jigs with a 8/0 hook.

Any thoughts on where I can find these? Are they the right size?

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		I would use a 1 ounce swimmer on that tail. Don't forget the superglue.

Any thoughts on hook size? 6/0, 7/0, 8/0???

Can I buy these or do I need to pur my own?

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		I pour my own. The Cobra Jig is a good choice. Not sure about the hook size, but I think it is a 5/0.
