Try The Hook and Hackle Company and Feather Craft. Also, check craft stores and the craft aisles of big box stores. At Christmas time, you can get big bags of tinsel for a song. As far as patterns go, google, and check youtube. Also, streamers are simple enough to tie that if you check catalogs and on-line sites like Umpqua Feather Merchants and Orvis, you can probably mimic them without specific instructions. Also, invent your own. have fun.

P.S. There's a smallmouth fly (actually I think it started as a saltwater fly) called the Murdich Minnow. I've often thought that, in a larger size, it would be a great musky fly. You can find instructions on line.
