I'm looking at getting a 3rd setup but I'm unsure on what to get.
Here's what I have-
8'6" M.I. Super Magnum XH (4-16oz) with NACL60 5.4 for pounders/mags, big blades, and other big baits.
7'6" Cabelas Tourney Trail H (1-3oz) with the new model 6600 C4 (6.3:1) for cranks, smaller jerk baits, and smaller blades.
I would like something nice but not as expensive as the SC Legend Tournament or a Tranx

You didn't say the length on those so it's hard to fill the gap but maybe a jerkbait rod or a trolling rod. St Croix Mojo rods are cheaper than the Legend Tournament and are still nice. What lures are you looking to throw with the 3rd setup I guess would be the question.

I updated it with the lengths. I was thinking maybe get a better rod/reel for double 10s but not sure the pounder rod seems to be a little too stiff

Check out the Custom X 8'10" H rod. It's about a $100 cheaper than a Big Nasty/Sling Blade and is an awesome bucktail rod.

I think a ToothTamer 8'6" Heavy would be a good fit. Very versitile & priced right. Match with a reel of your choice...

I forgot to say, looking at your first two rods, if you wanted a rod shorter than 8'6", but longer than 7'6"....like a 8'.... ToothTamer in Med/Heavy is a good choice. Again, very versitile.

The Mojo 8' heavy would fill the gap nicely for you. Throw on a Toro 60 in 5.4 and you're good to go.

Don't really have a thought on a rod as everyone's preferences are different, but I'd say get a 6.4 NACL and then throw that on your pounder setup and then move the 5.4 NACL to the new rod for throwing your blades with.

This is along the same lines as what I was thinking. If you rip or pull your big rubber you might want as fast of pick-up as you can get. A 6.4 Nacl or even a Saltist might be an upgrade.

Here's a kick @&& set up for the price and quality! Oh yea very light and comfortable.
ToothTamer 8' heavy/ fast 2-6 ounce. $180
Diawa Lexa 400 6.3:1 ratio 33.4" per turn. $200
I've ran the rods now for 2 years zero issues and reel seems nice. So cheap a guy could grab a XHeavy/Fast and a 400 7.1:1 for dawgs. That's 2 setups for the same dollars you'd spend on a Croix and Tranx.

I just picked up a 9'xh TI show rod for $120 and a lexa 400pwr-p for $190. Wanted another legend tourney but figured a whole combo for $50 less than just a rod was a better idea. It's going to own double tens for me, and Lord knows I could use the extra cheese for the gas fund.
