| looking for input hds7gen 2 lss2 bundle ($300.00 rebate) or hds7 touch($200.00 rebate)
From what i have read the Lss2 is built into the Touch,but i would have to buy a $299.00 transducer.
The touch looks to be simpler to navigate thru the features .The touch is a little more expensive ,is it worth it.I have big fingers that arn,t good with little buttons. |

| Yes, you have it right. StructureScan capabilities built in to the Touch, but you need to buy the transducer. I have never had anyone regret going with the touchscreen interface. I'd say Touch all the way. |

| I was looking into the same thing. It looks like you can get a bundle with the HDS7 Gen 2 Touch with the LSS-2 for around 1399 . With the rebate it is 1200. Without the bundle you can now get the touch for 1199 and then add on the LSS-2 transducter for 299. So you save 100 with the bundle. It looks like the HDS-7 Gen 2 with LSS-2 bundle is 1299 less 300 rebate so 1000. I guess it comes down to if you want the extra LSS-2 module around your boat. Personally, I think I am going to order the Hds7 touch bundle today. |
