Location: Hayward, Wisconsin | After it was brought to our attention that our leader rule (#4) was confusing, the Committee voted overwhelmingly to make a modification and delete our previous mandate. The rule will now read as follows:
4) Leader: Use of a leader is at the option of the angler. We highly recommend that a nylon coated leader be used while trolling for the external protection of the fish, should they roll in the leader/line while being fought.
