Location: Arena WI | My enviro- tec is about 1 yr old and I was going to coat some lures, but the resin is pasty and whitish and looks like tiny air bubbles in it. Is it junk or can I do something with it? |

Location: WI | I wouldn't risk it. Or try it on something else. Not sure about others but I store mine in the basement in a box. Cool and dark. E Tex is so cheap that I would just get some new stuff. |

Location: Moses Lake, WA | My EX-88 does the same thing so I measure out both resin and developer in separate containers and nuke them in the microwave for 6 seconds (caution, each microwave is different so times may differ) before mixing. The turbid milky resin turns crystal clear and the bubbles disappear and the epoxy sets up just fine. Also when warm the viscosity is much lower so you can adjust the amount in the separate cups before mixing with ease. |

| Just warm up the resin and it should return to normal. I have done this before and it seems fine. Not sure if there is a shelf life on etex or not.

Location: Madison, WI | I agree with CLM, in cold conditions the resin will precipitate out of solution. Heat some water to almost boiling and submerege resin botlle, inverting it often to evenly distribute the heat. May take a couple tries but it should clear up.

Location: South-Central PA | Epoxy doesn't go bad, it doesn't have a shelf life.
Gently heat the bottle until it clears up and you're good to go.
