I have $225.00 in Bass Pro Shop gift cards ! what would you suggest for a reel to throw double 10’s ? or could I get 2 reels for close to that amount ? FYI my rod is a 10’ tackle Industries heavy Muskie.

Get a Daiwa Lexa 400 if it's for 10s. They come in three speeds, but BPS only has the two faster ones. I think the 6:3:1 should get the job done. Otherwise a Shimano Calcutta B in the 400 is a great all around reel.

If you wish to throw ten's easily and don't care about burning them get a winch.

Assuming you are just doing 10's:
Toro Winch: if you aren't going to be burning $279.99
Tranx PG: probably the best reel for 10's, same gear ratio as the winch but brings in 30 IPT vs 22 IPT $500
Lexa 400 5.1: new this year, considered to be a poor mans tranx, 27 IPT vs. the 30 of the tranx, little bit higher of a gear ratio so probably a little more work for bringing in 10's $249.99

abu Garcia toro, NACL comes with second power handle at only $30 more than normal toro, it fists in my hands for all day comfort, round reels and tranx are not as comfortable for me.
