Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Keith and a friend caught over 150 bluegills and 25 perch toady on Pelican Lake. Almost all were keepers, and two 'gills were over 11". He only keeps enough for one meal, so here are two perch over 12" and 7 nice gills. Go to www.icefishingfirst.com for updates on the late winter panfish angling. OK, Slamr, the big old Hughey may be OK here...
