Has anybody tried to put a weight system in them yet, if so has was your results?
Was thinking about trying it but don't want to ruin a bait if won't work.
Thanks

No need.

The are perfect right out of the box. The are right between the old wood floating and the sinking.

I wouldn't mess around with it.

I bought four - I love them.

Tried it. Wasn't too impressed with the action. Took it back and tweaked it the way I wanted without weight.

If I am in a situation where I need to get my Suicks deeper, I use a Weighted leader from Stealth Tackle. Then I don't need to modify the bait.
I use a 1/2oz Leader on 9" Suicks and 3/4- 1oz Leader on 10" Suicks depending on how deep I want them too run.
It also acts as a hinge and gives the bait more swing. Most of my big fish on Suicks were caught fishing them deeper with weighted leaders.

Had really good success with the Hi Impact as is. Never tried adding weight....yet..... Good suggestion on the heavy leaders however.
