Muskies in AZ...?

Are you for it? ...or not?

Do you vacation in AZ?

Would you Muskie fish if you could while on your visit?

How about a special trip in the winter - for Muskies only?

Few lakes eligible (it gets pretty hot).

The funds are there...

How about it?

If YOU want it, it CAN be done. I know some of you have relocated or visit often

Your opinions are VALUED and very much appreciated.

I like it. These would be adult older fish from all places north. I just hope they are not retired from topwater and figure eights.

Big truck, big fish tank, big net - Spring Lake North... big gas tank. A few fish from SNL to jump start the program + stocking of 12 - 24 inch Muskies is an awesome thought. The Jake Wolf Fish Hatchery is an amazing place.

Saturday Night Live is pretty funny.
I bought my first Muskie Rod when I was 12 years old.
24 is a sweet TV show - It's coming back!
Muskies are awesome.

I lived in AZ from 2006-2009. I dragged my boat all the way down from MN as I intended to go to New Mexico to fish for Tigers. That never happened. I think muskies in AZ would be awesome!

I would be very excited to take advantage of any proposed muskie fishing opportunities in AZ! My sister and brother in law, mother and step dad, and dad and step mom have all moved to the greater Phoenix (Chandler) area over the last 10 years. In my line of work here in Ohio (bridge construction), I have about 3 months off each winter. I basically have free food and lodging out there. It would also be the perfect way to introduce my 2 nephews to fishing and the outdoors! I hope the powers that be can make this a reality!

They are roughly 5 hrs from the Phoenix area but frozen solid when I am able to visit my family in AZ over the winter months.
