| All,
I have been on here for a while now and don't really post too many pictures other than lures I am selling from time to time. I thought I would share some pics from my new PB Tiger Muskie from October 26 of 2013. I know a lot of the guys in the Mid-West and out East are really used to seeing Monster Pures that frequently push 50"+. For us out here in Utah chasin' Hybrids it is a lot more rare to see one push or break 50". On October 26 I was out Muskie fishing with my buddy Joe at Pineview Reservoir and I hooked up with this Beast while I was casting a 15" Savage Gear Real Eel in Black Green Pearl. Just seemed like one of those days where throwing some big rubber baits might be a good idea. After a good fight I landed the fish, Joe came through with the solid net work, we got our pics, revived her for a few minutes and she swam away strong. Overall a great day, amazing fish, not a mark on her and everyone went home in one piece. It was really cool to see one of these stocked Tigers reach that size and be in such great shape. I know the coloring is going to raise some questions but this is a Hybrid. The coloring was a bit unusual, spots rather than the usual vertical bars you see on them. UTDNR manages the Tiger Muskie program and all we have are the stocked Hybrids. 50"Long X 24"Girth TM.
Thank you all for your contributions and for sharing the information that we all learn from.
All the best,
Green,
SFTO

| All,
Thanks for the nice words, very much appreciated! This fish was definitely "The One" for me and I would love to get a replica made. Not in the cards for me right now with the money situation. My son just turned one and we have another on the way due in June so the fishing budget is tight. I am saving though and one day I will have a replica done and a 50" on the wall! I narrowed it down to Lax Reproductions and Fittante. From what I can tell they both do great work and they both will do Military discount for me helps a lot. I don't really have anyone locally here in UT that I would trust with a Muskie reproduction. Anyone have any feedback/experience on quality Muskie reproductions?
Again, thank you all!

| Man I love tigers! That front fin is like a ping pong paddle! More people have caught 55" muskies than 50" tigers by far. That is a rare fish! |

| Hi guys,
Way to go Jared! That was one pig of a fish! You earned it bro!
I'm new to this forum, and have been fishing muskies here in Utah for three years now. What Jared didn't mention is that we only have two reservoirs in Utah that have fishable populations of muskies. One of them is Pineview where he caught this pig, and it gets insane amounts of both fishing and boating pressure. Its the most heavily recreated lake in in northern Utah. The musky fishing can be brutal at times. I caught 19 fish there last year in about 40 trips, with 7 of those caught in one day. I saw pics of one other 50+ fish caught last year, so they are very uncommon there. To pull a fish like this out of Pineview is indeed the fish of a lifetime! Fred K. |

| I would choose Fittante also. He has done 4 for me they are all great.
His Tiger Muskies and Northern Pike replicas are levels above anyone else.
Congrats on your catch, I can only dream of getting a Tiger like that
