Our featured speaker is Rich Reinert.
Rich is a Fishing Guide, Consultant and Seminar Speaker from the Hayward area. Rich's topic will be "Scratching the Surface with Topwaters".
This seminar is FREE and OPEN TO EVERYONE.
There will be a raffle of fishing equipment in addition to the
presentation.
