you got it! Check our mikie's photo album for pictures of the 2002 Cave Run outing, including the black bull you wanted. Pray for warm weather and low tides this year! m

DUDE! Daggone good shot of Ferdinand! Bad part about being on the the North end is I will miss that hind end kicking sage gravy/cat head biscuits, excellent java and sitting around talking. Guess I'll have to settle for the Pig Out, which also had good stuff, but not the same atmosphere as the Bottom. Remember the Outlaws...Green Grass and High Tides..one of the all time classics, ranking up there w/ Free Bird!

The Outlaws ?!

Dude, we had them at the "Atlantis". They were awesome. Green Grass and High Tides is a classic for sure.

Speaking of "Clubs" just saw the News. Such a terrible event in Rhode Island, 39 dead so far. We used to have The Dave Matthews Band on a regular basis for two summers until he became quite "Large". We used to pack 800 or so, almost 3 x over capacity. How lucky we were. It makes me shutter to think what could have happened.

Just For Today : I will count my blessings

Saw that on the news! Hopefully this stuff won't become a common thing. One of the dudes that was in th Outlaws lived near here; Huey Thompson I think was his name, and he plays w/ the new Lynard Skynard now...I asked my brother last night and that what he seems to think he's doing now.
Brother may want to come to the Cave Outing, and he is wackier than I am; in fact we could daggone nigh pass for twins, a year .05 apart. I'll talk to him some more and see what he says. I gave him a 6500 awhile back and I'll get him to throw it some. Main thing is to find some boat space...no way we could both be in the same boat! lol....

"He's wackier than I am". That's comforting news, Sponge.

Hope you enjoyed that shot of Mauser's smilin face, too. A good fish. Not a great one, but it made our day. Unfortunately, the photo of Tony's replica just doesn't do it justice, you really have to see this brute to appreciate the size, 'specially the girth. Her sister's waiting for ya, Sponge, won't be long now. m

Waiting to hear about h2o levels up that way...we got hammered here today, and the road along the river below the house here is closed. I had go through town to cross the high bridge and come up and across to get home. If we get the winds tomorrow they are calling for, there will be trees down too as saturated as the ground is. hope this is the last of this stuff!
