Location: north central wisconsin | Seems my resolution for the 45" limit on the WI river is no longer dead thanks to the hard work alot of us did getting to the bottom of the problem. Thanks to all the guys who wrote letters, as it really helped!!! Steve Oestreicher(the chair of the exec. committee) is an upstanding guy and apologized for the inconvenience. He told me that the warm water committee failed to let the exec. board know of any local support that we had as well as the support of our biologist. Steve is going to help push this through as a rule change, and we will not lose any time, great news!!! |
