| Howdy,
I know the Premier glass trolling rod is an excellent rod for trolling and for suckers, however, has anyone ever used it casting as as a crankbait rod?
It has the same action as the premier crankbait rods for bass (moderate vs. fast) and seems to really load nicely and doesn't seem that heavy compared to the 8 1/2 ft Premiers. Any experiences and insights would be greatly appreciated.
Take care,

| For me It is a little heavy in weight to cast with on a regular basis, it does have a nice medium action so it loads up nice for casting and does a nice job on medium/ lg Crankbaits. Just gets a little heavy to use for more than an hour or two JMO | |
