Subject: Make things TOUGHER? (all look)

People have posted top ten lures before. Lets have fun and make it really tough. The better half (?) says "way too much $ tied up in Musky Lures. Gotta whittle it down to only 3!! .. Or .. the fly in trip plane is overloaded and the pilot says only 3 lures each (right like we wouldn't toss aside essentials to bring more lures)thats it guys..only 3.
Be specific with type and color..Have fun
I gotta take..
1)Perch Slammer
2)Black Bull Dawg
3)Black and Nickle Fluted Bucktail. (just 3 is impossible..I might have to smuggle more)

Med Dawg (black/orange)
Double Tail Harrasser (black/orange blade)
5 Baits: Add 6" Shaker (beaten on Whitefish)
Add Bomber Long A Mag (white flash/green back)

I could do 5, not 3 for a year. Just me, I'm weak.

I was waiting for the ERC Triple D to show up.
I wanted to put it even tho I have yet to try one out. I didn't make the shows but the video looks so cool. Anyone try 'em out yet on fish?

It is really tough to get three baits to go anywhere with, particularly in light of color and type.

I guess if I had to pick a utility group for all waters it would be a black mepps tandem with a chartreuse blade, an original burt in some dark and white pattern, and a triple d in shad(although I would like to know where the heck they found a brown tinted shad?). The first two baits would be my basic under 5 foot kit and the triple d would make me happy
beyond that, change that triple d to hand painted, I hate that brown streak, and I ain't gonna throw it, I mean what the heck, I only have three lures, I have the resources to get a decent color on the thing right?

The Grease in walleye prism

A white Eagle tail with gold blade. Getting hard to find. Most of them now come with nickel blades.

Three is tough, but here it goes:

1. 8" reef hawg (Walleye)
2. Marv's Spinnerbait (Black Hair Orange Blades)
3. 9" weighted suick (Black with Steve's Custom Markings, see attached)

My smuggle baits would be a giant jackpot (any color) and a bucher tail 700 series bucktail (black hair crome blade)

1) 7 inch Slammer (Golden Shiner)-color depends on water
2) Undertaker (Perch)-color depends on water
3) Mepps Giant Killer (Black/Nickle)-will work on any water
If I had to pick one I would have some of the other stuffed in my shorts, I would have problems cutting down to 30.

Top 3 Baits:
-Pay Days
-Milky Ways
-Almond Joys
***These 3 baits are just 3 of many, and are classified under the general heading "POAGY BAITS", and will see you through a long day on the water; hurl one of these onto a crowded beach, and the chicks will swim to you! Troll a daisy chain of these just outside the swimming area and you'll clear the beach like the Pied Piper cleared the city streets. Remember, always think before you throw!

10" Believer, straight (perch)
tandem bucktail (white with nickel blade)
dark coloured creature (I can't be any more specific - sorry)

The 10" straight Believer is one of the most versatile lures out there. It can be twitched just under the surface, crawled along the surface, or trolled 6 feet down along a weedline, 22 feet down in open water or crashing into a shoal at 18 feet. Needless to say, if I could only take one lure, it would be a straight 10" Believer.

Keep your hooks sharp.

Easy one: 3 single-spin spinnerbaits, either Rad Dogs or ERC Grinders.
