| Does anyone know how lures with the line tie on the lips but with screw eyes for the hooks are constructed? Lures like baker shads, it appears as though they attached after paint. They cant just be glued in can they?

Location: Okoboji | if i where too do it i would wrap that wire around the back of the lip somehow in the slot and epoxy the whole deal together and put a countersunk screw in there and fill it in smooth. that is probally not necessary though, those guys know what they are doing with them baits and they are proven.

| Ya i would have thought the lip would be anchored in place with screws or something but dosent appear so. Well they are proven baits so i just epoxy is strong enough. |
