Location: Southern W.Va. | I know this is a musky board but I've got to let everyone know about this.
On Feb. 7, 2003, a new state record walleye was caught by Steve Skeens.
Caught while drifting a creek chub for musky, the new state record walleye was taken at Kanawha Falls on the Kanawha River in Fayette County. The monster walleye was 32" long and weighed in at a whopping 17.8 lbs. Good fish in my book.

Location: Southern W.Va. | Working me tail off. A buddy of mine just got his wood shop finished and I've been working on some lures to try at the Cave. Been building a few tables for the better half for the house and working what OT that they we let me, need the cash for the trip to LOTW and the Cave. Will have a few to pass out if things work out for the Cave run trip.

The Falls must be a real honey hole. Been by there several times, never fished it though. I know there have been muskies caught there and several trophy walleyes. There must be alot of forage there to produce that caliber of fish. C U at the Cave........................................................RAZE |
