What is the Shadzilla supposed to look like in the water? I bought one and I'm not exactly sure what type of retrieve this lure requires. There seems to be no consistancy when I fish it. I'm sure I'm fishing it wrong but am just looking for some help here.

Thanks

John

Through it out there count to 10 depending how deep the water is and start reeling it's not rocket science and take it from there.

supposed to look like? It moves under water so it looks like something to eat I've had decent success just straight retrieving them, to me they are not the best cold water bait because it take a fair amount of speed to get the tail thumping ....I fishing them basically like a bucktail (throw in a few more pauses), different profile obviously for pressured water...most hits are in the 8 for me (same as tails) Good luck.

Do a Youtube search for shadzilla; it shows clips for Shadzilla X too. The Shadzilla Jr doesn't show for me.

Straight retrieve, that bait is all about the paddle tail and associated belly roll. Very good bait for burning as well.
