I'm a bit curious if anyone's had success with these when it comes to Muskie? (tried using the search feature but didn't see any post within the last 12 months.) I think these baits came out right at a year ago.

How does the line tie attach to the lure body? That would be my only concern. Should work, especially in shad waters IMO.

These did not really come out until late spring in most of the colors; I wanted to get some but by the time they were avaaible I passed until next year. They look like a great spring bait/try something differnt in the summer when other things are not working bait. I plan on picking some up over the winter. I would plan on "T"ing the hooks out and inspet the rings and hooks to make sure they are "musky worthy". As far as how to attache to the line I would use a leader no different than I would use on a 6 inch Chubby X or Smaller Depth raider...

Location: Not where I want to be!
Worked decent as a trolling lure.

I didn't mean how to attach the line to the lure. I was meaning, how does the line tie attach to the lure. It looks like it is only a piece of wire in the lip and the wire doesn't go any further (no through wire). I would be afraid that the little piece of wire would pull out of the lip, but maybe not. I have a rapala DT and don't use it because it is set up with just the wire in the lip. Maybe there is a modification that could be made to make it more substantial?
