| This morning I had a fish come in hot on my bait. As soon as I went into an 8 the fish sunk down a couple of feet and sat there until about the 8th oval when it came up and did a swing and a miss on the outside turn. It broke the surface with its mouth and instantly darted down underneath the boat. I did a couple of more ovals before I stopped. I feel like I messed up by stopping to early. This isn't the first time I've done it. Would you of kept going or stopped? How many more 8s would you of done before quitting?
Also as the fish was darting away I think I hit it with my rod. | |

| I would have kept on with 8 or ovals, alot of the times they will go reset themselves for a sneak attack on your bait again. Keep doing them till your arms fall off, would hate to not try to get that active one while you can. I have done 18 to 20 ovals on 1 fish before it came out from under the boat to smash it. Don't give up, you just never know. | |
