Location: Kodiak, AK | Looks like you banged out some nice ones. As for the fall, you might try to weight them forward so they fall head-first. It gives the fly more life as it bends and twists on the downfall, rather than a flat sink. At least my preference is for the head-first fall, the joy of tying is building your own action to suit your tastes.
