Location: North St. Paul, MN | I'm another happy customer...very happy. I had a 6601 c4 take a dump on me fighting a fish. Sent it in with an explanation of what happened. They sent me a new 6501 TC, no questions! I'll be buying another reel this winter, no question who it'll be from. I was going to shop around.

Location: Central WI | I sent a C4 to Abu that had a bad anti-reverse bearing. They did the same, and sent me a brand new C4 reel...no questions asked. |

Location: Plymouth, MN | Abu has always been great for me as well. I sent in my 3 yr old winch for repair and they weren't able to solve the problem so they sent me a brand new one. I will always buy their reels. |
