I'll be visiting a buddy that has moved near the Cedar River, by Stephenson MI, sometime in the next couple of weeks. I'm thinking of taking the boat and trying to get in some fishing. I haven't fished Green Bay before. Is there any good muskie action that far up the bay? Or possibly any inland muskie lakes in that area? If not, any advice on picking up a few walleyes in that area, would be welcome as well. Most of my experience is Leech, Mille Lacs, TC metro, and a couple of small Hayward area lakes. Thanks in advance, for any advice.

Thanks Triton, I'll give a call. It's not like I want someone's honeyhole. I was just trying to learn if it would be worth hauling the boat 5 hours there and back, and taking an extra day or two for fishing. My trip has other purposes, but am alway looking for an opportunity to get some time on the water, especially someplace I'v never been. Wouldn't want to drive more than an hour or so from the Cedar river area. Thanks again.

On the bay it's simple. Find weeds and bait and start tossing or trolling.
