| Big thanks for unbelievable service from Pure Fishing on an Abu Garcia Reel. Tuesday afternoon I shipped a reel to Spirit Lake to have fixed and two days later I get home from work and a brand new reel is waiting for me along with the spool and handle off the reel I'd sent in. Granted I live close enough that ground shipping is only a day, but still that's some turn around. And the extra spool and handle was icing on the cake.
Not only that, but I ordered a half dozen lures from muskytackleonline.com after midnight Monday night and the lures were waiting with the reel tonight as well. Fantastic service and they had what I wanted in stock in the first place, which is more than I can say for another retailer.

| I will second that. I sent a new Revo Toro in and they had shipped out the reel in 2 days. I had it shipped to my moms in MN so I dont know what's in the box yet. |
