Location: central Wisconsin		I just picked these up, they look to be of the same packaging when I bought them 20+ years ago. Does anybody know for certain?

Location: Pewaukee, WI		Around the age you stated when you bought them. They're Pre-ROI (PRE- ROBERTS OUTDOORS when Joe Bucher still owned the company).
