|
My buddy and I fished Cass this past week. When we arrived, water temps were sitting at 69.5. By the following Thursday they had climbed to 77.1. Fishing was pretty tough for us as we checked reeds, shallow sand, deep cabbage, rocks, and inside weed lines.

We saw a total of 15 fish. Most were big, with the exception of a couple. We were not complaining, as we both were fortunate to hook up, and land two real good ones. Both fish came in the morning during moon periods, and both fish crushed topwaters. One came from deep cabbage, and the other from a inside weed edge. We also boated three additional small fish.
