Well...I went from 210 to 206 in the first week.

Got suckered into some barley pops and some big dinners with some of the wife's family but overall managed to stay the same.

Scale said 206 this morning.

I don't feel so bad now I think I was at 255 and now 254 LOL. I have to admit that this is probably the worse time for me to try this but hey it won't hurt.

Well I was 195 last week and still 195 this week. Can't figure it out I drank lots of fluids(beer, coffee, milk and water) ate good(pan fried walleye twice last week in the shack) and fished hard three times. I will try again using the same methods, not gaining so don't fix whats not broken.

I am running around 190. But that is all relative cause if you are short (nrtl)it may be stoudt. If i am tall, i can be considered...not stoudt.....i am avg height.[:knockout:]

I put on 3 1/2 pounds the first week. I lost 3 1/2 this week so I am back to my original 184 1/2. Started eating different so it may take a little adjustment.

Still banging the scales at 176 w/ clothes, but a few "boss toss" sessions should have me down to 170 before the month of February has passed.[:0]

Has any one given the old length and girth measurement method a try instead of a scale. [:0] I think I'll have to try that . Would you use belly measurement or waste size? [8)] Belly x head square root of height = ?

Alright, I'm in...the BigO has never been bigger. Yikes, 270lbs...played hoops today and didn't eat like a freaking garbage disposal...we'll see how this goes, the first few days are the hardest. Will check the whale scale next Thur...

I'm still the biggest! Started the Atkins diet on January 13 at 294. Today I'm 275. Bring on the T-Bones and bacon.

Started at 257, then to 254. Am still at 254, must be all that heavy air I been breathing. Got a hair cut, you'd think that would have registered a slight loss. Oops, I have very little hair to start with so I guess that if I shaved off all three of them it wouldn't register on the scale. Heres to better luck in this next week.

E, I already lost most of my weight. I went from 212 last may to 180 by july's end and have maintained that now for almost 6 months. I could try for 175 or even 170. After I get me taxes back I will be getting a bow flex to hit my trouble spots so I might get there.

Waht with all the worry about Sue, I went and ate alot. I weiged 215 today. Mark my words, I WILL weigh less that 195 by the Cave.

I don't have a scale, nor do I have access to one...and I don't like to use the scale as a measure of my dieting/work out success....
Week 1: I sucked; new apartment, fully stocked fridge, new job--->munch fest. But since I don't buy fattening foods at home, I munched hard on things that didn't even taste good (what a waste!). So, last week, I figure I probably stayed the same.
Week 2: I'm back in the saddle; eating is more than undercontrol (actually, my food stocks are down, and I'm broke! ie. need to conserve food), and I am working out every morning in the house. Lookin better in the mirror, but not sure if it will translate to the scales....
