| I used to think I was one of the lucky ones. My girl friend likes to fish as much if not more than me. Trouble is she likes bass fishing and me muskie. She will throw top waters or small bucktails for muskie but that is about it. I was working on the boat Friday night and getting ready for 2 weeks on the Cippewa Flowage coming up the first part of September. I made the mistake and did not cover the boat when I went in for the night. I come home from work on Saturday and she looked at me and said " I didn't know you had THAT many muskie lures", 108 I was informed. I have not told her about the 4 globes I'm picking up at Indian Trail Resort in September that are waiting for me! So guess what we did today. Went to Gander Mountain and spent $250 on bass lures. Then after looking thru the rod and reels she wants a new set up now. Shouldn't complain. I know I have a heck of a lot more invested. It is bad enough paying for one addiction. Looks like I need to pay for 2 now. Make sure you keep your boats covered guys!! |

Not married. Have lived togehter for 7 years. I bought a Migizi 9'0 rod and paired it with an avet 2 speed salt water reel last winter. SWEET set up for big baits! |

| Wait till you've been doing this a couple years! My son commented on how I have over 100 believers alone, not to mention my collection of Jakes, buck tails, Muskie train, and this doesn't touch the jerk bait collection. you just don't count after a while, you see different colors, sizes, actions, you just see specific applications and buy! |

Location: Eau Claire,WI | You have 108 lures? I bring at least 100 lures with me on my average 4 hour fishing trip! Might be closer to 200! If your boat still floats and still palnes out then you don't have a problem... |

Don't get mean. The lady bass fisher may look like the best of Miss Wisconsins in a bathing suit. $250 in bass lures is a cheap price to pay for a good woman--who's to say. A bass fishing lady is a lot better than one that hates the water. |
