Havent used many fluted blades last couple years but I have a dbl #8 fluted thats been deadly,,Used it so much its out of shape and dosent give the same kick,,,,How do you guys tune "fluted blade"????
should I just flatten them out,,,put a crve in the whole blade or just the bottom/middle/top or other likely places to look at,,,,the shaft seems straight

Just like with double 10s... check to ensure the small tab between the hole for the clevis and point of the blade is not bent out of alignment.

I also bend the blade to have LESS cup.

Last... I'll take a needlenose pliers and crimp any cupping out of the smooth top portion above the flutes.

All of the above will give the blade more BITE.

better check your clevis before you go bending blades, 90% of the time they're the culprit, unless you blades are very worn down. usually they open up just a bit or one is more open than the other. squeezing one back together with a needlenose so they both have the same gap will probably fix your problem.

Definitely check the clevises first!
