| My saltist 30 wont crank its solid stuck,,,,the crank handle will spin in free spool and backwards but when I click the side leverto engage handle it will not budge,,I know about the various reel repair services but Im wondering if anybody has had this problem and some tricks/tips to try at home | |

Location: MN | Is the lever stuck or the handle stuck when you flip the lever? If the spring (lever) is good then I'd suspect an AR pawl or pinion gear may be broken or out of place and jamming it up. | |
