I found out that the prop I have on my Lund Pro-V is the wrong prop from the dealer. They put a Laser II 19 pitch on the boat. The Laser II is for 85 to 115 or a 125 hp Mercury. I have a 150 Mercury Optimax. I was wanting to switch to a 4 blade prop and wondering if anyone out there has done this with there boat? I called Mercury and talked to them about the switch and they told me the Trophy Plus with a 19 pitch prop would work. Mercury also told me to contact a Lund dealer and ask them which prop they would put on the boat cause they would know the weight of the boat and the size of the motor better than Mercury would. If anybody has changed their prop to a 4 blade what pitch did you use and which prop did you buy? Does it work for you?

1775 ProV? I had a 21P Lazer II on my 1700 Angler SS with a 135 Opti. Basically the same hull, a bit lighter. Not a bad prop, but would blow out if I trimmed up too much. Not a lot of bow lift with the prop.

I'm not a fan of the Trophy Plus. Never worked well on my Lund Angler SS.

What issues are you having?
