My best friend and fishing partner - Mike Hoffmann (owner ZALT NAD) had his lure storage/garage broken into recently. The low life's took his muskie rod's etc. but also probably a quantity of new Zalt & Zam Lures. They were probably like kids in a candy store when they got in, three walls of his 30 x 30 are covered with racks of lures.

Mike has not been able to fish the last two years because of COPD and he is trying to sell the business - it really hurt him that they took his muskie rods, etc, and not especially the lure's they might have stolen, he said he wasn't even going to do an inventory.

Mike lives in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.. So if you see a large number of new - in packaging Zam or Zalt lure's for sale anywhere, rummage/garage sales or internet, please give me a PM or call Mike at 715-325-2010.

A prayer for Mike would be greatly appreciated too.

Thanks
Al

That stinks. Anyone that knows Mike, knows how great he's been to our club over the years(Consolidated Musky Club Inc. here in Wisconsin Rapids). Prayers and thoughts go out to Mike. We've been thinking about/pulling for him for a couple years, as his condition worsened. We'll also keep an eye out for any Zalt/Zam products on the streets. Hang in there buddy.

mike is a great guy and I hope they find his stuff. I also hope he finds a buyer for his company. zalts and zams have a magic all their own and most people have never seen one in the water to apreciate them.
