I'm in need of a reel that would fill the bill SPECIFICALLY for a big blades and large rubber (coupled with a 9' XH Ti rod). I want something that won't kill my worn out tendons, but not something that won't wear out my bank account. I've thought about the revo toro nacl 5.4:1, but wonder if that will still be hard on the old joints even with the power handle. I've also considered the revo toro winch, but am afraid that'll be too slow to pick up the slack with big rubber.

Can anyone please give me reason to or NOT TO buy the newer black Saltist 20h-c to fill my very specific needs? I'd greatly appreciate it!

I have 2 of the 30 sized saltists, they have been very trusty for me. You can burn bucktails and great for rubber and twitching cranks. I have the older style ones and the new ones are supposed to be even more beefed up gears from what i heard. You wont be disapointed.

I would go with a 20 Saltist over the 30. Or rob a bank and get a Tranx LOL
