| Afetr alot of kicking and screaming, we're back up.
We had a NID go bad our network, coupled with a network problem from our upstream provider. On top of that, I had to replace a switch. Wierd combination of things, but it's all good now.

| I was forced to go to work this morning without my fix of MF. On the way to work the news mentioned a worldwide virus! Nice to be here again.[:0] [:bigsmile:] |

| Also, we just found a bad connector so we need to replace some cat 5, will be up and down possibly over the next 2 hours.

| Seems we were having two problems, one being the worm that attacked servers all over the web last night. Looks like Zach has up back up and running! I would like to meet the guy who designed that worm, so I could personally thank him..[:(] |

| Thank the Muskie God above! I was really starting to go stir crazy. Had to re-organize my muskie box AGAIN! Trying to keep from sharpening hooks and re-spooling reels until I get laid-off for the winter, but almost had to start to get through the day. Good to be back!!!![:bigsmile:] |

| I just tracked down the main problem, we have a bad line running from our switch to a NID. It was just a coincidence that this happened on the day of the virus. I actually have to jiggle the line until the connection comes back, then tape it down in position. Quite literally, duct tape is holding our site together until I can get 100' of cable rounded up to fix the problem tomorrow. If the line shifts between now and tomorrow, the site could go down again, but everything should be corrected for good by noon sunday
