Looks like spots on the rear 3rd of the fish. I would guess not albino. There's a lake near me that has leechers that look like that. They almost glow when they follow.

Very cool no doubt...However, that fish that was caught out of a wisconsin river a couple years ago seemed whiter and bigger (not sure I'm remembering that correctly, though). Sweet fish though...Wouldn't mind tangling with one up close to get a good look.

The fish has normal pigment in its eyes and fins. Unusual color, but not an albino.
