| I have been looking to upgrade my boat but finances are limited I know of a 1999 fisher 17 ft sc with a 115 yamaha .It is a 170 hawk model for under 5k looks like a great deal . My current boat is a 16 ft 25hp tiller wich is great for some of the pond size lakes that I fish. But some waters here in Michigans U.P. are Thousands of acres . I spend a lot of time chasing musky but also fish for everything else. Many launch sites are crude, with no dock or concrete pads. And lots of roads here are rough gravel. I will probably keep the boat I already have for the waters that larger boats are not suited for. I have been looking at boats priced under 9k. I really like crestliner fishhawks and some alumacrafts but finding a good deal on one around here is has been tough. i welcome all suggestions and ideas/comments. Also I troll as much as I do everything else so I would prefer a four stroke motor, but adding a kicker is also an option. | |
