Location: Hayward, WI | With the moon as close to earth this weekend as it will be for the next 16 months, will it have a positive affect on musky fishing? Whats your guess? |

| I lost a good one at 9:30 last night. Rolled on a glider and didn't hang on. Anyone else see any piggys during the minor? |

Location: Oconto Falls, WI | I didn’t fish Sun eve, but had some really good fish going Sat and Sun mornings. Unfortunately I stink at keeping the big girls pinned all the way to the net. Saw one of the largest WI muskies I have ever seen yesterday morning. Not sure if it was the moon, or the pattern being fished. |

Location: Hayward, WI | After checking the forecast and saw 70% rain, headed to favorite clear water lake. There for an hour and clouds disappeared and got a sun burn the rest of the day. Did move 3 fish and caught a bunch of pike. Couldn't stay for moonrise. |

Location: oswego, il | fishing sucked, have not had a weekend that bad in some time. super moon underfoot, rise, sunset. seen one fish all weekend ate at the boat and shook free and it was not at any of the "super" times. |

| Got two in a half hour and lost one more about 2 hours before moonrise...moonrise was dead for me...which I thought was strange after having action earlier??

Location: Hayward, WI | You guys are making me jealous. Believe it or not this is the 1st weekend of fishing muskies for me all year and we didn't raise ANY. Had a couple hits but can't guarantee they were muskies. Figured with good water temps, decent enough weather, and the good moon it would be a great weekend.

Location: Sycamore, IL | Yup, "super-moon" sucked for us:( Fished a couple of clear water lakes in Vilas Co. this weekend and couldn't even get a follow. Caught a bunch of big walleye up shallow on twitch baits and suicks though...most action was around 2 and 7 pm. Maybe should have tried a stained water system? Oh, well I still got my broasted chicken fix at the Sayner Pub so it could be worse:) |

| Also lost a possible 50" to an inexperienced net man on Sunday night. Heart breaking experience. |

| The one I lost was on a self in about 15' of water. There were panfish closer to shore in the weeds. All of the other ones I have been seeing lately have been in really typical spots. Breaks. |

| Took a 37" on Saturday morning at 730 in 4 FOW on a sand flat in a lake north of Hayward. Got it on a Giant Killer. Didn't move a fish through my stay Monday evening after that. Tried cabbage (struggled to find green cabbage), breaks, humps, cribs, etc. Very clear lake w/visibility up to 18-20 ft on calm days makes it tough though. Got a bunch of pike twitching a grandma around weed beds though. |
